We are Back!

Well I guess I am just recovering from the crazy summer we have been having and I am ready to share with you all what we have been up to.

Let me start by saying it has been great seeing so many people, meeting new people and especially sharing the mission God has sent our family on.  It has had its trials, but we have had many more blessings then we can count.  So thank you for taking time out of your lives to spend some of it with us, you have blessed us more then we can express.

Traveling the USA

As of June 1st, we have been in 13 different states.  Yes you understood correctly 13 states.  Whether we drove through them or slept a night there or stayed there for a significant amount of time, we have been getting around by the Grace and protection of God.  Check out the map below to see where we have been.  Can we say CRAZY!!! ok I know you agree don't feel bad, we are aware of how crazy we are.

Sharing with Churches

We were given the opportunity of sharing at 5 different churches.  Some of them we gave full sermons (Scary) and a couple we just did a quick presentation at.  Why do I say scary?  Well I dislike getting up front to speak to people.  I get all nervous, my voice shakes and well I feel like my brain just stops working (thank goodness for notes).  But in the end, God has blessed us.  I have been told by many that our sharing has blessed them or inspired them, but I can only boast how it has changed my life.  God has been working through our sermon to remind me every day that LOVE is what matters the most.  From what I have learned in my worship times and other studies, is that GOD = LOVE.  Thus God is what matters most.  I need him every day in my life.  Chris has shared with me how he is feeling the same way.  So I want to thank you all for changing our lives.  We have put ourselves out there to share with you that each one of you has a mission to do being a disciple of Christ, but even that mission doesn't matter if you don't have LOVE (GOD).  We look forward to returning to those churches we shared at and reconnecting with many of you next summer.

Sharing at Camp Meetings

Three camp meetings were scheduled for this summer.  We shared a 10 min presentation at Minnesota Camp Meeting about Bolivia and our transition to Guyana. We then set up a booth at both the Upper Columbia Camp Meeting in Spangle, Wa and the Soquel Camp Meeting in Central California.  Both places, Chris and I traded off in talking with people and sharing the ministry with those who were interested.  God leads when he is allowed to.  Many different contacts were made that God may use in the future of this mission.  One big thing that we were able to accomplish was to obtain our HAM (Amateur Radio) licenses at the Soquel Camp Meeting. We are officially allowed to talk on the airwaves.  let us know if you are a HAM radio operator and we would love to connect with you on the airwaves.  Our call signs are: Chris: KI7GIU  Crystal: KI7GIT.  We hope in that next summer we may be able to visit or share again at these camp meetings as God leads.

Sharing with you our Supporters

We want to say that we have been so blessed.  We have been given the opportunity to sit down one-on-one with many of the people who pray for us, support us financially, friends, family and those just following our adventures.  God has really strengthened so many relationships this summer that it is sad to leave here soon.  But knowing that we will be able to stay in contact over email, facebook and Skype gives us less pain.  We are looking forward to sharing again with more people next summer.

Join us for a Mission Trip

We have scheduled a mission trip to Guyana.  This will be a building mission trip.  It is always thought that a mission trip is to serve the natives of that country.  Well this trip is different.  This trip is all about building and providing housing for the missionaries that will be living in Guyana.  Because of the blessings God has done, there are more missionaries than there are housing accommodations.  So we are looking for people who are interested in building anywhere from 1 to 3 houses in two different villages in Guyana to please contact us.

The way this mission trip will work is that between the dates of December 11 and January 8th, we are looking for people to come down and build.  you do not have to come the entire time if you are not able to.
We are asking you to contact us by October 10th with your name, the dates you are able to come, any experience you have (building, plumbing, electrical etc) (we can use you even if you have no experience) and a phone number or email that we can contact you with.  We will then see when most people are able to come and try and get a majority of you to fly down together.  If you want to bring several from your church or family or what not, that is great.  The more people the more that will get accomplished.  The total cost for the trip should be around $1000 or less.  This includes round trip airfare, transportation in the USA and Guyana, and food.  Please send us an email at: enoministries@gmail.com or Call us at: 320-300-4250 and leave us a message.  We look forward to seeing you all and showing you around the new mission site.

Thank you again for all your support this summer.  We look forward to sharing \with you in the near future what our plans are and what blessings God has bestowed upon this mission project.

Many Blessings to you all in the Love of Christ
